Good first impressions
I tried it the other day for the first time and I have to say that it does seem to help when you are having hard sessions at the gym, a bit expensive but effective. I will update in the next few days.

Strange texture
The truth is that the taste is not bad but it makes a very strange foam and there are some lumps, it seems to have some effect against muscle fatigue.

Pleasant taste and texture
The berries flavor is very pleasant to drink and even more so in a situation of tiredness such as after a race.
