Gummy bar, not bad in taste, the truth is that I do not notice anything when eating it. I usually use it in long duration bike training interspersed with the rest of the HSN bars.

This is the second box I've bought and I can't get enough of them. They have a sweet and sour strawberry flavor at the same time, with a jelly texture, very easy to eat. I feel great and I use them intra-workout. I feel that extra energy without feeling heavy. Highly recommended.
