Good taste
It has a good flavor to put for example to coffee, and the good thing is that it has a low glycemic index so we can also use it in desserts, cookies and with a super nice taste.

For occasional use it is very good. Due to its flavor -it reminds me of caramel- it combines very well with dairy, cinnamon and vanilla flavored foods. Its sweetening power seems to me similar, or a little superior, to that of sugar, although these are subjective considerations.
Para uso ocasional está muy bien. Debido a su sabor -me recuerda al caramelo- combina muy bien con alimentos de sabor lácteo, canela y vainilla. Su poder edulcorante me parece similar, o un poco superior, al del azúcar, aunque son consideraciones subjetivas.

Good alternative for sweetening
In my opinion its flavor is more noticeable the less sugar you eat, when you are starting you can hardly notice it, but when you get used to it it is a good flavor, the panela is much sweeter, I need to put less than the coconut but I will get used to it, I don't notice the coconut flavor either.
En mi opinión es más apreciable su sabor cuanta menos azúcar comes, cuando estás empezando apenas se nota, pero cuando te acostumbras es un buen sabor, la panela es bastante más dulce, necesito poner menos que la de coco pero ya me acostumbraré tampoco noto sabor a coco.
