Difficult to dissolve
The product provides what it offers, but the dissolution, to be honest, is not good at all. Even if you shake it vigorously and for a long time, it does not dissolve completely in water. When it rests for a while, during the workout, there are leftovers at the bottom of the bottle. The taste is pleasant, but I am not convinced that it does not dissolve.

It works the same as other amylopectins but the price is much better. Used for endurance sports along with glutamine, BCAAS and salts to make recovery drink. Mild lemon flavor that does not upset the stomach.

Perfect for intra-workouts
Good dissolution, the flavor of watermelon was quite successful. I use it as intra-workout when in deficit and increase endurance or strength. Very happy with the result. The downside is the closure of the presentation, I do not like it because it costs a lot to close it properly.
