I take it in the morning with magnesium, before exercise or not, it seems that this mixture of potassium and magnesium is a very healthy habit and the powder format gives a lot, plus the HSN brand never disappoints, very good value for money.

Salty flavor
It tastes pretty salty next time I'm going to choose it in capsules. Although this one has 1500mg of potassium per scoop it is much easier to get to the dose.

Better in powder form than in tablets
I had started taking the potassium in capsules but since I had to take several capsules at each meal it was more uncomfortable. Now with the powders I mix it with the magnesium and vitamin C and I take it much better.
