Effective and high purity
I have chosen it for its purity and because it does not contain additives like other salts, and because it is citrate. It does cost a bit to dissolve it but I don't find it a major problem. I use it to supplement magnesium and I don't know whether or not it is responsible for reducing leg cramps, but since I've been taking it, they are very infrequent if not non-existent.
Lo he elegido por su pureza y porque no llevas aditivos como otras sales, y por ser citrato. Si que cuesta disolverlo un poco pero no encuentro mayor problema. Lo uso para complementar el magnesio y no se si es o no el responsable que disminuya los calambres en las piernas, pero desde que los tomo son muy poco frecuentes sino inexistente.

I wanted to try an alternative to the magnesium-potassium tablets and so I ordered the ingredients in powder form. I find it very practical because it's easy to dose and the powder doesn't clump together. It also has a relatively neutral taste and is cheaper than tablets. I would order it again.
