Good value for money
It is very well priced considering that it contains vit K necessary for the absorption of vit D. Necessary especially in the winter months when less sunshine is taken. I will continue to buy it from HSN.

Very good product
Good dose of both Vitamin D and K2, correct format. The sum of both is the best way for calcium to go to the bones and not form calcifications. And there is a correct absorption of both vitamin D and calcium. Highly recommended. It should be taken with healthy fats because vitamin D is fat-soluble and greatly improves its absorption.
Buena dosis tanto de Vitamina D como de K2, formato correcto. La suma de ambas es la mejor forma de que el calcio vaya dirigido a los huesos y no forme calcificaciones. Y haya una absorción correcta tanto de vitamina D como de calcio. Muy recomendable. Se debe tomar junto a grasas saludables debido a que la vitamina D es liposoluble y mejora mucho la absorción de la misma.
