Good dose of both Vitamin D and K2, correct format. The sum of both is the best way for calcium to go to the bones and not form calcifications. Buena dosis tanto de Vitamina D como de K2, formato correcto. La suma de ambas es la mejor forma de que el calcio vaya dirigido a los huesos y no forme calcificaciones. Y haya una absorción correcta tanto de vitamina D como de calcio. Muy recomendable. Se debe tomar junto a grasas saludables debido a que la vitamina D es liposoluble y mejora mucho la absorción de la misma.
