Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), rice flour, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, from lichen), menaquinone-7 (natural vitamin K2), anti-caking agent (L-leucine), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate).
Warnings

VERY GOOD
This is the second month that I am taking this supplement and I have to say that I am really liking it. It is super easy to take and my body accepts it well. I can not yet name changes or effectiveness as such because I consider that I need at least 3 months to see these changes but so far I am liking and serving me.

Very good combination
Vitamin D is undoubtedly necessary and beneficial and many of us tend to be somewhat deficient. Vitamin K has been somewhat undervalued, but it is responsible for directing calcium to the bones and avoiding calcifications in soft tissue and... decreases inflammation, it has been used in experimental therapies.
