Tomo Berberina desde hace pocas semanas principalmente por sus propiedades reguladoras de la glucemia, dado que, según los muchos estudios hechos, la Berberina mejora la sensibilidad a la insulina, mejora la absorción de las grasas, reduce la producción de glucosa en el hígado, etc. Todavía es pronto para comprobar sus efectos, pues esto no es una "pócima milagrosa" y hay que tener paciencia. La tomo antes de las comidas, tres veces al día. Y también tomo extracto de Canela de Ceylán por el mismo motivo de la glucemia algo alta. Los demás aportes saludables de la Berberina (ansiolítico y antidepresivo porque aumenta los niveles de serotonina, norepinefrina y dopamina en el cerebro, salud cardíaca, papel antioxidante y anti cancerígeno, etc.) no los puedo evaluar. Confío en su eficacia.
