Immu biotics (bacterial strains) 25B CFU

Well

I take it on an empty stomach and as with all this type of product, my body takes at least 5-6 days to get used to it, but the truth is that I notice that my digestion is much lighter since I take it.

Good

I make yogurt with a couple of capsules, so the bacteria multiply. They come out quite well.

Me salen bastante bien.

Good probiotics

I do notice results after two weeks of taking it, I usually rest and every three or four months repeat the intake.
