Very complete, not only for keto diet.
I tried the Caribbean Vanilla flavor. It gives a good flavor although for mixing it with fresh cheese for example it dissolves worse than Evolate 2.0. With milk or water it dissolves perfectly. Effective, very useful whether you are in ketosis or not. I will try the chocolate flavor. Very happy with the brand. Great support for an incident I had.
Probé el sabor Vainilla Caribeña. Da un buen sabor aunque para mezclarlo con queso fresco por ejemplo se disuelve peor que la Evolate 2.0. Con leche o agua se disuelve perfectamente.
