I like it.
I started with this protein to give a little boost to the one I consume with my food. I don't take it daily so I can say that from my experience it is very good, both in taste and the fact that I last longer until lunchtime if I take it mid-morning after exercising.

Protein with good fats
I often use protein for breakfast but I always add some fat to it because doing a ketogenic diet they are essential. I finally found these proteins that are very good because we find MCTs in the ingredients. I usually add them to whole yogurt with some peanut butter to reach the fat quota. Good cookie flavor
Uso spesso le proteine per colazione peró ci aggiungo sempre un po' di grassi perché facendo una dieta chetogenica sono fondamentali. Finalmente ho trovato queste proteine che sono molto valide perché negli ingredienti troviamo degli MCT. Io di solito le aggiungo a dello yogurt intero con un del burro di arachidi per raggiungere la quota di grassi. Buono il gusto biscotti

I have been consuming these proteins for a long time, I use them as a dessert, I mix them with whipping cream that gives me more fat and it is like a cream that with the so successful flavors of vanilla and coconut and strawberry I recognize that they are a vice!!!! I join the opinion of the packaging, improvable to say the least. Also note that the 2kg packs of vanilla have not been available for a long time. Still great
Hace ya tiempo que consumo estás proteínas, yo las uso como postre, las mezcló con nata de montar que me aporta más grasa y queda como una crema que con los sabores tan logrados de vainilla y el coco y fresa reconozco que son un vicio!!!
Me uno a la opinión del envase, mejorable cuando menos.
También destacar que los paquetes de 2kg de vainilla hace tiempo que no se pueden pedir.
