Sleep regulator

I take it along with GABA, and since I've been taking it I don't wake up as often at night, and I'm getting a deeper sleep.

The best choice

It is the one I usually take and it works great for me. Recently my partner has bought in hsn (time-release melatonin) but for reasons unknown to me, it has not worked for me. It would be interesting this version with more melatonin and all night release.

Es la que tomo habitualmente y me funciona estupendamente. Recientemente mi pareja ha comprado en hsn (time-release melatonin) pero por motivos que desconozco, no me ha funcionado. Sería interesante esta versión con más cantidad de melatonina y liberación durante toda la noche.
