I had a high liver in a blood test that I did, I bought this supplement and after 3 months I did another blood test, and the liver came out great, it works, great for the liver. I recommend taking this supplement in winter, in times of volume, because I got a high liver from eating so much protein.

I have a fatty liver
It has a smell but you get used to it. I take it in the middle of the meal or at the end. Although researching I have seen that it is better at the beginning (but I always forget) it has still improved my digestion, I don't have reflux (acid) and most surprisingly, I tolerate dairy more. It makes digestion light and fast. I love it and will continue to use it.
Tiene olor pero te acostumbras. Me lo tomo en medio de la comida o al final. Aunque investigando he visto que es mejor al inicio (pero siempre se me olvida) aún así me ha mejorado la digestión, no tengo reflujo (ácido) y lo más sorprendente, tolero más los lácteos. Hace la digestión ligera y rápida. Me encanta lo seguiré usando.
