I have a fatty liver
It has a smell but you get used to it. I take it in the middle of the meal or at the end. Although researching I have seen that it is better at the beginning (but I always forget) it has still improved my digestion, I don't have reflux (acid) and most surprisingly, I tolerate dairy more.
