I started taking it because I was waking up several times during the night. It turned out to be very effective: I sleep in one go and have a much more restful sleep. I don't use it to fall asleep, but to get quality sleep.

Effective product.
It is an effective and strong product (at least for me) and personally it has been enough just one capsule to make me lie down all night and part of the morning. It has not given me a headache (I feel bad with melatonin, with strong headaches) so I am delighted to have found an effective product without hurting me.

It works, you can't expect to sleep 8 hours straight but it is very effective, if you wake up you can go back to sleep.

for post-muscle sleep. It contains everything you need to sleep well and build muscle during sleep. As far as I'm concerned, I don't sleep much on the days I take it, but I'm still in good shape. A very fair price for what it contains.

I tried it a few months ago since I got it for free in an order and although I do not take it every day, the days I need it I notice an almost immediate effect and I wake up much more rested than the days I do not use it, highly recommended although it is not essential.
