I have tried it and it helps a little bit to not wake you up so much at night. Obviously you have to combine it with a good sleep routine. It doesn't make it easier for you to sleep, but rather helps you not to wake up.

It seems HSN found the perfect mix of ingredients! After 30 minutes you can clearly feel its effect and it gets you off to sleep for 4 hours at least. I recommend it to everyone who has sleep issues.
