I have been taking the product for some time now. So far I can say that it works. I recommend anyway to lead a healthy lifestyle. Improve your sleep hygiene before going to sleep. Mindfulness meditation. Give importance to mental health. Exercise. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle ..... These natural supplements are a help, but we have to do our part to try to improve everything that surrounds a good sleep hygiene.
Llevo un tiempo tomando el producto. De momento puedo decir que funciona. Recomiendo de todas formas llevar un estilo de vida saludable. Mejorar la higiene del sueño previo a irte a dormir. Meditación Mindfulness. Darle importancia a la salud mental. Practicar ejercicio. Evitar el sedentarismo..... Estos suplementos naturales son una ayuda, pero tenemos que poner de nuestra parte para intentar mejorar todo lo que rodea a una tener una buena higiene del sueño.
