It was a gift from HSN for placing an order. With Melatonin, GABA, L-Theanine, Vitamins, extracts of Valerian, Passionflower and Melissa. The truth is that it didn't work for me for the objective of sleeping and resting better. I will keep trying different combinations. Easy to take.
