Acceptable

It has improved 100% a pain I had in my nails that I could not mitigate with any cream. I haven't noticed any difference on my skin yet, because I haven't finished the first bottle and it needs more time.

Me ha mejorado al 100% un dolor que tenía de uñas que no llegaba mitigar con ninguna crema. En la piel no he notado diferencias aún, pq no he terminado el primer bote y se necesita más tiempo.

Good value for money product

It is a simple capsule to take, it is not an unpleasant taste. I read very good reviews and bought it for it to strengthen the hair mainly and improve the skin. I've only been taking it for a week so I haven't seen results but it looks good.

Es una cápsula sencilla de tomar, no es un sabor desagradable. Leí muy buenas opiniones y lo compré por ello para fortalecer el pelo principalmente y mejorar la piel. Solo llevo una semana tomándolo por lo tanto no he visto resultados pero tiene buena pinta.

Slow but effective

All these products are slow as they are natural and you have to be patient. I have been taking it for more than seven months now and the effects are great. My hair is fuller, my nails are much stronger and my skin is more luminous. The people I have recommended it to are just as happy and surprised with the results.

I didn't like those vitamins, I didn't notice any change, I have used better vitamins.

I was not able to test its effectiveness on hair and shedding because I stopped doing it but the nails improved in hardness. I would have continued to buy it.

No pude comprobar su efectividad en el pelo y la caída por dejarlo de hacer pero las uñas mejoraron en cuanto a dureza. Lo hubiera seguido comprando.
