Very good flavor
I have another Guee from an Indian brand and although it is cheaper, the taste has nothing to do with it, this one has a very quality butter flavor, which can be spread or used to eat raw. The other one I will use for cooking until it runs out.
Tengo otra Guee de una marca india y aunque es más barata, el sabor no tiene nada que ver, esta tiene un sabor muy a mantequilla de calidad, que se puede untar o utilizar para comer en crudo. La otra la utilizaré para cocinar hasta que se termine.

Clarified butter and ghee are somewhat different and the labeling is confusing. I would say it is clarified butter, both by the smell itself and by the fine print on the label. The ghee takes longer to make and the toasted nutty flavor is more pronounced. I think the fatty acid properties are also different in favor of ghee. In any case, it is delicious and I recommend it.
La mantequilla clarificada y el ghee son algo diferentes y el etiquetado induce a confusión. Diría que es mantequilla clarificada, tanto por el propio olor como por la letra pequeña de la etiqueta. El ghee tarda más en elaborarse y el sabor a nuez tostada es más acusado. Creo que las propiedades de los ácidos grasos también son diferentes a favor del ghee. En cualquier caso, está delicioso y lo recomiendo.
