Being ghee from grass cows I have not found a better one. Yes, you can make it at home... but the show you put on in the kitchen is important and the result is not so impeccable. I love to spoon it on pancakes, it gives them a great creaminess and a smooth, delicious flavor.

A very good quality ghee butter, very smooth in flavor and with a very good texture. I loved it. However, it should be noted that this ghee does not have a toasted flavor, unlike the one I make at home.
