Excellent price for an organic ghee
I'm already on my third jar. I use it in the kitchen, above all, to thicken sauces, to whip up risotto or to brighten oriental dishes; but sometimes I also add it to coffee. Pleasant flavor, with a consistency that can become a bit lumpy if left at room temperature in summer. It lasts quite long. Good price for an organic ghee.
Ya voy por el tercer bote. Utilizo en la cocina, sobre todo, para espesar salsas, arrematar un risotto o darle un brillo a platos orientales; pero a veces lo añado también al café. Sabor agradable, con consistencia que puede hacerse un poco grumosa si dejada a temperatura ambiente en verano. Dura bastante. Buen precio por un ghee orgánico.

I bought it after reading the fantastic reviews of this product not only on HSN but also on specialized nutrition websites. I follow a keto diet and use Ghee with my Greek yogurts, my coffee or directly with my sauerkraut. The big bottle lasts me a month.

Ghee butter
Although the price is high, it's one of the cheapest places to buy this butter. I liked the taste, the texture, the properties, everything. It makes dishes, any dish, taste better. I love it on mashed potatoes, for example. As it has no added salt, it brings out the flavor even more in dishes that already have salt. Not to mention that it's one of the healthiest fats if consumed moderately.
Apesar do preço ser alto, é dos sítios mais económicos pra comprar esta manteiga. Gostei do sabor, da textura, das propriedades, de tudo. Faz os pratos, qualquer prato que seja, ter mais sabor. Adoro no puré de batata por exemplo. Como ela não tem sal adicionado, em pratos que já tenham sal realça ainda mais o sabor. Já sem mencionar que é uma das gorduras mais saudáveis, consumida moderadamente.
