Good

I use it together with myo-inositol to help with insulin resistance. There's no such marked effect, but I'm getting better, as I take care of my diet and activity. I don't have PCOS or menstrual problems, but it has helped me to make my periods more regular.

Lo uso en conjunto con myo-inositol para ayudarme con la resistencia a la insulina. No hay un efecto tan marcado pero voy mejorando, a la par que cuido mi alimentación y actividad. No tengo SOP ni problemas menstruales, pero me ha ayudado a hacer más regulares mis periodos.
