Empecé utilizando el Myo-inositol solo, no noté mucha diferencia y decidí probar con estas, desde febrero que dejé las pastillas anticonceptivas hasta mayo no me bajo la regla, llevaba 1 mes tomándolas cuando me bajo y desde entonces me viene cada mes, tengo SOP y me a ayudado mucho. He esperado unos meses para poner una opinión y ver su efectividad. Aunque aún es pronto y los efectos se ven cuando pasen más meses pero la verdad que todo perfecto. Ahora he decidido probar las PCOS CARE dentro de unos meses comentaré qué tal me va.
