Electrolytes very useful as intra-workout, especially if you train hard and sweat a lot. It’s very important to replenish the salts that are lost; taking only water only replenishes the vehicle that carries most of the salts in your body. The flavorless version is really good, with a light saline taste, but not unpleasant. Although if you prefer not to be surprised, you’ve got it flavored.

Electrolitos muy útiles como intra entrenamiento, especialmente si entrenas intenso y sudas bastante. Es muy importante para reponer las sales que se pierden; tomando solo agua solamente repones el vehiculo que se lleva más las sales de tu cuerpo. La versión sin sabor está muy bien, con un ligero gusto salino, pero no es desagradable. Aunque si prefieres no llevarte sorpresas, lo tienes con sabor.

It's the best way to take electrolytes. I take it every now and then, although I should take it after weights because it's handy when you've sweat a lot, I recommend it.
