I can really feel the difference in my workouts. I’d never taken electrolytes during a workout before—I don’t really like them; most of them taste like syrup to me. But since I’ve been training for a competition, I’ve noticed that I need an extra boost during my workouts, and these electrolytes TASTE GOOD!! I mean, they’re not exactly delicious—they’re just salts, after all—but I perform better, I feel hydrated, and they taste good.

Pero desde que estoy entrenando para una competición noto que necesito un impulso extra durante los mismos, y estos electrolitos SABEN BIEN!! es decir, no son deliciosos para disfrutar, pues son sales... pero rindo mejor, me noto hidratada y saben bien.
