I had been thinking about trying them for some time and I finally decided to do it after 3 months without a period and nothing I took had any effect. After a week, my period has come down and I notice that I feel better in my mood, so I guess they have an effect and regulate the hormones, so I will buy them again and I hope that next month, I will be more regular.
Llevaba tiempo pensando en probarlas y finalmente me decidí a hacerlo tras 3 meses sin regla y sin que nada que me tomara me hiciera efecto. Tras una semana, me ha bajado la regla y me noto que estoy mejor anímicamente por lo que supongo que hacen efecto y regulan las hormonas, así que volveré a comprarlas y espero que el próximo mes, sea más regular.

I bought this supplement, without any expectations because I have tried other brands and did not notice anything, however I am very very surprised. From the second day of taking it I noticed effects, in my case as a result of a chronic disease I have a lot of abdominal swelling, and really with this supplement has lowered me a lot. I AM VERY CONTENT, of course I will buy them again. They have no taste and are taken perfectly because of their size.
Compré este suplemento, sin ninguna expectativa porque he probado otras marcas y no noté nada, sin embargo estoy muy muy sorprendida. Desde el segundo día de toma ya noté efectos, en mi caso a raíz de una enfermedad crónica que padezco tengo mucha inflamación abdominal, y realmente con este suplemento me ha bajado una barbaridad. ESTOY CONTENTISIMA, por supuesto volveré a comprarlas. No tienen sabor y se toman perfectamente por su tamaño.
