The truth is that I didn't expect much from a supplement. All my life I was struggling with PCOS symptoms and even if I took care of my diet and did sports, it didn't have any effect. Since I started taking this supplement my periods are regular, they no longer hurt and I hardly notice the premenstrual syndrome. Adding this supplement has been the missing piece to feel good.
La verdad es que no esperaba mucho de un suplemento. Toda la vida batallando con los síntomas del SOP y aunque cuidase mi alimentación e hiciera deporte no terminaba de hacer efecto. Desde que empecé a tomar este suplemento mis reglas son regulares, ya no me duelen y el síndrome premenstrual apenas lo noto. Añadir este suplemento ha sido la pieza que faltaba para sentirme bien.

Some changes
This is my first bottle. We can't expect miracles with the first shots but I can say that my cravings have decreased, the acne has improved a bit, as well as the hirsutism. Let's go for the second bottle and we'll see how it goes. Reminder PCOS is different for each patient.
Es mi primer bote. No podemos esperar milagros con las primeras tomas pero puedo decir que mis antojos han disminuido, el acné ha mejorado un poco, así como el hirsutismo. Vamos a por el segundo bote y ya veremos como sigue. Recordatorio el SOP es diferente en cada paciente.

It works but be careful
It works great but over a long period of time it can produce excess B6 and lead to acne breakouts. I take breaks and it works great for me.

Regulates the cycle
I was taking vitex, and it helped me regulate my cycle, but in researching I discovered inositol and this formula in proper and studied proportion. My cycle was quite irregular, reaching 70-80 days. I have been taking inositol for 6 months, and now I have a cycle every 33-35 days. So I recommend it to all women and girls who are looking to regulate their menstrual cycles, without taking hormonal drugs.
Yo tomaba vitex, y me ayudaba a regular el ciclo, pero investigando descubrí inositol y esta fórmula en proporción adecuada y estudiada. Tenía el ciclo bastante irregular , llegando a 70-80 días. Llevo tomando inositol 6 meses, y ahora tengo el ciclo cada 33-35 días. Así que lo recomiendo a toda mujer y chica que busca regular sus ciclos menstruales, sin tomar medicamentos hormonales.

Good value for money considering the 40.1 ratio.
The complex is very good, the issue is that although the ratio of mio-chiro inositol is indicated for the PCOS issue, I think the dosage is not enough for me and it is very uncomfortable to take so many capsules a day. It worked well for me, but the powdered option works much better for me.
El complejo está muy bien, el tema es que aunque la ratio de mio-chiro inositol sea la indicada para el tema del SOP, creo que la dosificacion no es suficiente para mi y se hace muy incómodo tomar tantas cápsulas al día. Me fue bien, pero la opción en polvo me va mucho mejor.
