The complex is very good, the issue is that although the ratio of mio-chiro inositol is indicated for the PCOS issue, I think the dosage is not enough for me and it is very uncomfortable to take so many capsules a day. It worked well for me, but the powdered option works much better for me.

These pills have regulated my period, and I used to take a lot of painkillers because of the pain and now with only 1 or none I can get through my period.
