Helps control hormonal effects
I started taking PCOS Care to help control my hormones better and regularize my periods. I have endometriosis and I have been using it for a few months, if I am constant with the product I notice that the pains in the middle of the cycle due to ovulation, improve and perhaps appear for fewer days. If I would put a downside is that it is somewhat expensive, they are very necessary products for some women.

It is a good product, but its composition is different from its powder version, so it forces me to combine both. Having to take 4 capsules a day makes it more complicated than a simple glass of powder, but worse things have been seen. In short, it is highly recommended, it helps in what it promises, of course, after at least the whole bottle and without interruption.

After a diagnosis of PCOS and two and a half years of treatments with very bad results, after two months of taking it, the result of the last one has been very good both in quantity and quality (plus I felt much better during the stimulation cycle). However, during the wait for the transfer I got pregnant naturally.
