It is a good product, but its composition is different from its powder version, so it forces me to combine both. Having to take 4 capsules a day makes it more complicated than a simple glass of powder, but worse things have been seen. I like it but the format fails

I suffer from PCOS and I have always taken the powder version but it made me nauseous and I switched to the pills because of the discomfort and because the formulation seems more complete. The product is very good and if you give it time the effects are noticeable. The only bad thing: the 4 pills a day, which can be hard to take at times. I have combined it with Vitex and both my PMS and my periods have improved.

I think it is a very good choice for the composition, the only negative thing is that there are 4 pills to take in a day. It makes it difficult to adhere to taking it. I may prefer the powder version.
