I always buy vitamin D3 of this brand, they are very small pearls in size so they are swallowed very well and the dose of 5000 units is great, I usually take several days in a row and then other days I alternate one day if and another not, in the last blood tests that I did I went from having 30 ng ml to 54 ng ml, so it works great.

Good product

It is a supplement that I take because my medical tests indicated a lack of vitamin D, and I have been taking it until the next test. I hope that between this and the increasing exposure to the sun, they have done their job.

It comes in perfect sizes, it tastes even good. I take it in the winter season and it's great for me.

Pearls format

In the past, I have been consuming vitamin D3 and K2 together, marketed by HSN in capsule format. This time I have preferred to buy them separately, which, although less practical, is more effective. I choose the pearl format because vitamin D3 needs to be consumed with some healthy fat (in this case flax oil). I will probably buy the liposovit formula next time.
