Practical format

The format is very practical because apart from the fact that the box itself has a zipper, each compartment also has its own. It is true that since there are 10 compartments, it may be a bit more difficult to use it in a calendar week of 7 days, but it also has the advantage of having 3 additional spaces for when you go on a trip.

El formato es muy práctico ya que aparte de que la propia caja lleva cierre, cada compartimento también tiene el suyo propio. Sí que es cierto que al haber 10 compartimentos quizá resulta un poco más difícil al utilizarlo en una semana natural de 7 días, pero también tiene la ventaja de tener 3 espacios adicionales para cuando te vas de viaje.

Very good quality

I find the pill dispenser to be very well designed. The latches are secure and its compact size is excellent. However, I find it a bit strange that it does not have 7 double compartments, i.e. one for the morning and one for the evening of each day.

Me parece que el pastillero está muy bien diseñado. Los cierres son seguros y su tamaño compacto es excelente. Sin embargo, me parece un poco extraño que no tenga 7 compartimentos dobles, es decir, uno para la mañana y otro para la noche de cada día.

Small

Several of the supplements for athletes are large pills and tablets and the pillbox is not big enough to add them. In my case I use only one supplement and the pillbox is limited.

Varios de los suplementos para deportistas son pastillas y comprimidos de gran tamaño y no alcanza el pastillero para agregarlos. En mi caso utilizo solo un suplemento y el pastillero queda al límite.
