Hello Jesus, we appreciate your comments. In relation to your assessment we would like to add that rapeseed oil is one of the best oils (after virgin olive oil and extra virgin olive oil) in terms of nutrition. It has a very bad reputation in Spain due to a fraud by which motor oil (from rapeseed) was refined and discolored and sold as if it were for food use, which resulted in severe intoxications. Fortunately, much has happened since then and it is practically unthinkable that such a thing could happen again. Food oil from rapeseed has a very interesting fatty acid profile and in fact, in central and northern European countries, it is widely used and is not associated with any health problems. Hola Jesús, agradecemos tus comentarios. En relación a tu valoración queremos añadir que aceite de colza es uno de los mejores aceites (después del de oliva virgen y virgen extra) nivel nutricional. Tiene muy mala fama en España debido a un fraude por el que se refinaba y decoloraba aceite de motor (procedente de colza) y se vendía como si fuese de uso alimentario, lo que dio lugar a intoxicaciones severas. Afortunadamente ha llovido mucho desde aquello y es prácticamente impensable que se repita algo de estas características. El aceite alimentario procedente de la colza tiene un perfil de ácidos grasos muy interesante y de hecho, en países del centro y norte de Europa, es muy utilizado y no se asocia con ningún problema de salud.
