It is delicious, the texture is perfect, you can eat it plain on toast or hot in pancakes because it melts and is even better. Both flavors are great and the nutritional value is top notch. It is very good, although for my taste the texture is too dense and it sticks to my palate when I eat it. On the other hand and as a suggestion, I would change the metal protector under the lid for a paper one, since the metal one can cut when removed.
