The sequential release makes it better than other melatonins. Although the strawberry flavor is good, I would have preferred it unflavored.

Chewable melatonin that you can also suck as candy because it smells and tastes delicious...Effective more than normal because being sequential allows you to sign all night without interruptions... great.

It helps you fall asleep as promised, if you feel more restless than usual when it's time to go to bed, you plug in one of these and it helps a lot. Whenever I used them, I never woke up in the middle of the night or early, at my scheduled time.

As a regular caffeine user , either in the form of coffee or energy drink . When the night comes I need that little help to be able to sleep habitually, is about the third time I buy the bottle and the taste is very pleasant. Unlike other brands, this one has a much longer lasting effect.

Very good product
I bought this melatonin because I wanted a more gradual and controlled release. I do not take it daily but as a support on days when I am out on call, it does its role accompanied by good sleep hygiene.
Compré esta melatonina porque quería una de liberación más gradual y controlada. No la tomo diariamente sino como apoyo los días que estoy saliente de guardia, hace su papel acompañado de una buena higiene del sueño.
