Positive helps to fall asleep better

At least for me it is a great help to be able to sleep more at once and get up a little less. It has a very delicious strawberry and cream flavor that seems positive for me.

Not only that it is effective for sleep deprivation but it also tastes pleasant while you sleep and in combination with regular melatonin you get the full package.

I feel the same effect as normal melatonin. I notice that I get sleepy but whether I stay awake or not depends more on how my head is that day hehehe. It is an aid, and one of the ones with the most evidence, but it does not work miracles.

Siento el mismo efecto que la melatonina normal. Noto que me entra el sueño pero el desvelarme o no depende más de cómo tenga la cabeza ese día jejej. Es una ayuda, y de las que más evidencia tienen, pero no hace milagros.

It works

Good product at a good price and it arrived super fast less than 48 hours. It works for me. In 30 minutes I start to feel sleepy and rest better than with melatonins from other more expensive brands and without nighttime awakenings or hangover. I will buy it again for sure.

Buen producto a buen precio y me llegó súper rápido menos de 48hs. A mi me funciona. En 30 minutos ya empiezo a sentir sueño y descanso mejor que con melatoninas de otras marcas más caras y sin despertares nocturnos ni resaca. Volveré a comprarlo seguro.

Not what I expected...

Although it is true that it does induce sleep faster than if you did not take anything, I still wake up at night and it leaves a feeling of drowsiness the next day. A pity because I had higher expectations with this product.

The truth is that it is a very pleasant product to take, since it tastes like strawberry and cream when I take it and I fall asleep quickly, but it is true that I get up and since it is an extended release product, I feel a little sleepy during the day.

La verdad es un producto muy agradable de tomar, ya que sabe a fresa y nata a la hora de tomarlo con conciliar el sueño rápidamente pero si es verdad que me levanto y al ser de liberación prolongada, noto un poco de sueño durante el día.

Very effective

I was quite surprised. What I like most is that it helps me fall asleep quickly, but I also notice that I stay asleep during the night, without waking up as many times as before. I find the chewable format convenient and it tastes good. It doesn't leave me groggy the next day.

Me ha sorprendido bastante. Lo que más me gusta es que me ayuda a conciliar el sueño rápido, pero además noto que me mantengo dormido durante la noche, sin despertarme tantas veces como antes. El formato masticable me resulta práctico y tiene buen sabor. No me deja atontada al día siguiente.
