Pleasant taste

Pleasant taste and easy to consume. I found the dosage too high and my sleep is disturbed because I dream a lot. Apart from that, it has helped regulate my circadian cycle.

Better than regular melatonin

This product, besides being delicious, I find it better than the immediate release melatonin because it does not give me vivid dreams, which is better for my rest.

Very very mild effect, I have noticed little effect, I imagine it is because it is slow release. Very good taste, perfect for those who want something sweet before going to sleep. The packaging I find it excessive for the size of 30 units.

Positive helps to fall asleep better

At least for me it is a great help to be able to sleep more at once and get up a little less. It has a very delicious strawberry and cream flavor that seems positive for me.

Not only that it is effective for sleep deprivation but it also tastes pleasant while you sleep and in combination with regular melatonin you get the full package.

I feel the same effect as normal melatonin. I notice that I get sleepy but whether I stay awake or not depends more on how my head is that day hehehe. It is an aid, and one of the ones with the most evidence, but it does not work miracles.

Siento el mismo efecto que la melatonina normal. Noto que me entra el sueño pero el desvelarme o no depende más de cómo tenga la cabeza ese día jejej. Es una ayuda, y de las que más evidencia tienen, pero no hace milagros.
