I was pleasantly surprised

I was hoping that coming from taking 5-10mg formats I would not notice its effectiveness. Generally with the other formats, I would fall asleep but after 20-30 minutes I would wake up and then go back to sleep without a problem. I don't know if it's the placebo effect but the sequential release seems to have an effect.

Esperaba que al venir de tomar formatos de 5-10mg no notaría su efectividad. Generalmente con los otros formatos, me dormía pero a los 20-30 minutos me despertaba y luego volvía a dormirme sin problema. No se si será el efecto placebo pero la liberación secuencial parece hacer efecto.

Melatonin of my dreams

Having twice the amount that I was taking and being extended release has almost solved my sleep problem. If it tastes good it helps a lot with the intake.

Al tener el doble de cantidad que la que tomaba y ser de liberación prolongada me ha resuelto casi el problema de sueño. Si sabor ayuda bastante a su ingesta.

Helps to fall asleep. Easy to take. In my case they work well for me, I only wake up once in the middle of the night and then I usually get to sleep without a problem.

I have been using them for some time and they work great. Good taste because they are chewy strawberry flavor and good is to take them and after 30 minutes I fall asleep. So for me it is super top. I recommend it 100%.

Finally a melatonin that works all night long!

I have tried several melatonins and always had the same problem: I fell asleep quickly, but ended up waking up in the middle of the night and there was no way to go back to sleep. This melatonin, being sequential release, has solved that problem for me. Plus, I love the way they taste, like strawberry and cream candy. If you have trouble sleeping through the night, I highly recommend it.

He probado varias melatoninas y siempre tenía el mismo problema: me dormía rápido, pero terminaba despertándome a media noche y ya no había manera de volver a dormir. Esta melatonina, al ser de liberación secuencial, me ha solucionado ese problema. Además, me encanta el sabor que tienen, como si fuesen caramelos de fresa y nata. Si tienes problemas para dormir toda la noche, la recomiendo mucho.
