What I needed

There are times when sleep is more difficult. I had always been trying HSN's regular melatonin and ended up waking up throughout the night, so I decided to try this one. Do I still wake up? Yes, but much less time, and in just a few minutes I am asleep again. The format is very interesting, being like a candy. Totally recommended.

Hay épocas en la que dormir cuesta más. Siempre había estado probando la melatonina normal de HSN y acababa despertándome a lo largo de la noche, así que decidí probar esta. ¿Me sigo despertando? Sí, pero bastante menos rato, y en apenas unos minutos estoy dormido de nuevo. El formato es muy interesante, al ser como un caramelo. Totalmente recomendable.
