Good taste
The truth is that the strawberry flavor is very successful, it works very well and you wake up refreshed, it does not leave you drowsy all day long.

Ideal and effective
It was a gift from HSN in my last order, I didn't have much faith in it because in fact in that order I had Sleep Care and Stress Care, but I have taken these and they work. They are chewy, taste like strawberry-cream and let you sleep well, the days I take them, I usually do not wake up until the alarm goes off!
Fue un regalo de HSN en mi último pedido, no le tenía mucha fe porque de hecho en ese pedido tenía Sleep Care y Stress Care, pero he tomado éstas y hacen su efecto. Son masticables, saben a fresa-nata y te dejan dormir en condiciones, los días que las tomo, ¡no me suelo despertar hasta que suena la alarma!

You have to try and discover
I understand that each person is different. One cannot help but try some formulation for those days or stages when the sleeping thing does not go as naturally as we would like. For some, it will be too much. Others will find it insufficient. For those who rely only on precursors, it will be intrusive. And for others, the sequential release formulation will be the key. I'm still working on it.
Entiendo que cada persona es un mundo. Uno no puede dejar de probar alguna formulación para esos días o etapas en las que 'la cosa del dormir' no va como de natural quisiéramos.
A algunos, les resultará demasiada cantidad. A otros insuficiente. A lo que solo confían en precursores, resultará intrusivo.
Y a otros la formulación con liberación secuencial, será 'la clave'. Yo aún estoy en ello.

Good format, not so effective
In my opinion, it is an unbeatable format since some people need a lot of effort or camouflage the pills with food to be able to swallow them. Hence, the taste and the format are very good. Not so much the effectiveness, because at least in my case I still have nighttime awakenings despite being sequential release melatonin and combining it with magnesium and ashwagandha.
A mi juicio, es un formato inmejorable ya que algunas personas necesitan muchos esfuerzos o camuflar las píldoras con comida para poder tragarlas. De ahí que el sabor y el formato estén muy bien. No tanto la efectividad, pues al menos en mi caso sigo teniendo despertares nocturnos pese a ser melatonina de liberación secuencial y combinarla con magnesio y ashwagandha.

Very good
It has a very pleasant taste, you can notice that strawberry and cream and it smells great. The effect is the same as the rest of melatonins, it does its job and helps me to sleep (I wake up less times at night).

Very good
Normally melatonins make me wake up at 4-5 hours. This one has worked better for me, especially for those days when I go to bed without feeling sleepy, in a matter of 15-20 minutes my eyes start to close. They have a very pleasant taste and can be divided for those who want to take only 1mg.
Normalmente las melatoninas me hacen despertar a las 4-5horas. Ésta me ha ido mejor, sobre todo para aquellos días que me voy a la cama sin sensación de sueño, en cuestión de 15-20 minutos ya se me empiezan a cerrar los ojos. Tienen un sabor muy agradable y se pueden dividir para aquellos que quieran tomar solo 1mg.

Good taste and moderate improvement in the number of hours of sleep
The taste is pleasant, similar to a cream candy with strawberry. I have been taking it for a few nights and I have noticed that I wake up a little less at night and that I sleep about 40 minutes more, which in my case I consider it enough.

It works, but...
The product is good, it helps you fall asleep but it doesn't last 8 hours. Both my mother and I woke up 5 hours after taking it. The good thing is that it doesn't make you drowsy after waking up like other products. Oh, and it tastes really good and I really like the chewable part.
O produto é bom, ajuda a adormecer mas não dura 8h. Tanto eu como a minha mãe acordamos passado 5h após a toma. A parte boa é que não nos deixa sonolentas depois de acordar como outros que existem. Ah e o sabor é bastante bom e gosto bastante da parte de ser mastigável.
