Taste

It is a very economical product to be chewable, taste are very good and do their job very well, after 20 minutes or so, you begin to leave sleepy and you get better rest, I wake up a lot at night and I had trouble getting back to sleep, now I notice that I wake up a little less and it costs me less to get back to sleep.

Es un producto muy económico para ser masticables, de sabor están muy buenas y hacen muy bien su función, a los 20 minutos más o menos, te empieza a dejar adormilado y logras descansar mejor, yo me despierto mucho por la noche y me costaba volver a coger el sueño, ahora noto que me despierto un poco menos y me cuesta menos volver a conciliar el sueño.

Very good

I have only tried it once and the flavor reminds me of strawberry and cream candies, half an hour after taking it I fell asleep and without nighttime awakenings.

Effective and tasty

I have been taking melatonin for several years. I started with another presentation of the house until I tried this presentation that is more effective for the slow and prolonged release and also has a great strawberry flavor. During seasonal changes, it allows me to sleep all night long and if I have to get up to go to the bathroom, I get back to sleep more easily.

Llevo tomando melatonina varios años. Inicié con otra presentación de la casa hasta que probé esta presentación que es más efectiva por la liberación lenta y prolongada y así mismo tiene un sabor buenísimo a fresa. En cambios estaciónales me permite dormir toda la noche de un tirón y si he de levantarme al baño, retomo el sueño con más facilidad.

It has helped me to fall asleep and I sleep soundly, but the effect does not last the 8 hours. I wake up earlier. Others make me dream a lot and have a very restless sleep, but not this one. Good taste, strawberry, but too sweet for my taste, and more so when you take it before going to sleep. Very large package for the number of pills. I think I would buy it again.

Me ha ayudado a conciliar el sueño y duermo profundamente, pero el efecto no me dura las 8 horas. Me despierto antes. Otras me hacen soñar mucho y tener un sueño muy agitado, pero esta no. Buen sabor, a fresa, pero muy dulce para mi gusto, y más cuando te la tomas antes de dormir. Envase muy grande para el número de pastillas. Creo que sí volvería a comprarla.

We are taking it

We have tried other melatonins and the truth is that we stopped taking it because we did not notice any improvement, however with this sequential release, it is not that we sleep all night long, but we have noticed that when we wake up in the early morning, we get back to sleep more easily, something that did not happen before.

Hemos probado otras melatoninas y la verdad es que dejamos de tomarla porque no notábamos ninguna mejoría, sin embargo con esta de liberación secuencial, no es que durmamos toda la noche del tirón, pero si hemos notado que cuando de madrugada nos despertamos, volvemos a coger el sueño con más facilidad, cosa que antes no ocurría.

Easy to consume as it is chewable and tastes good. It helps me to fall asleep and if I wake up during the night I can go back to sleep without any problem.

Rich and comfortable, but...

I have bought the bottle 2 times, but I must admit that the body gets used to it (at least mine) very quickly and the effect is no longer the same after a few nights.... What I do then is try not to take it often, only when I really feel I need it and in that case I take 2 or 3 pills at once. Eventually, I don't even get that much... after finishing the 2nd bottle, I don't think I'll buy any more.

He comprado el bote 2 veces, pero debo reconocer que el cuerpo se acostumbra (al menos el mío) rapidísimo y el efecto ya no es el mismo tras unas noches... Lo que hago entonces e intentar no tomarlo a menudo, sólo cuando realmente siento que lo necesito y en tal caso cojo 2 o 3 pastillas de una sola vez. Con el tiempo, ni con esas consigo tanto... tras terminar el 2 bote, no creo que compre más.
