The best by far
The best HSN melatonin by far, I have always used the 1.8 mg tablets, this one has 4.2 and is a wonder, it makes up for the price difference. The taste is good.

Increases rest
I usually use it when I foresee that I am going to have a hard time sleeping or when I have to go to bed earlier because of work. It doesn't work miracles in the form of a pill that you fall into bed already asleep. You take it 30 minutes before and it helps you fall asleep and get a longer deep sleep. It works for me and I have recommended it to friends and acquaintances and they also do well.
La suelo utilizar cuando preveo que me va a costar dormir o cuánto tengo que acostarme antes por el trabajo.
No hace milagros en plan pastilla que caes en la cama ya dormido.
La tomas 30min antes y te ayuda a conciliar el sueño y obtener un sueño profundo más largo.

Very effective
I was surprised by the fairly potent effect for a melatonin. I have my doubts about the sequential release melatonin. The dosage seems to me a bit high adding the normal melatonin plus the sequential one, so I try not to take it on a regular basis.
