It helps me a lot to control nerves or anxiety in a natural way, also to try to lower a little cortisol when I'm not interested (afternoon or evening). However, I do not recommend it in the morning, lately I have read about it, this supplement can help lower cortisol and in the morning we need that cortisol to wake up at all, so it can make you more tired.

Me ayuda un montón a controlar nervios o ansiedad de una forma natural, también para intentar bajar un poco el cortisol cuando no me interesa (tarde o noche). Eso si, no os lo recomiendo por la mañana, ultimamente he leido sobre ello, este suplemento puede ayudar a bajar el cortisol y por la mañana necesitamos ese cortisol para despertarnos del todo, así que puede darte más cansancio.
