I was surprised by the taste and texture. My choice was orange flavor. You feel like taking it, I think this is very important. There are other types of proteins that are heavy and there are days when you skip them, you don't take them. For me the big mistake is in its composition, in having chosen sucrose as a sweetener.

Pineapple flavor. I was looking for something light that I could take to complete my protein intake during the day and it has been a success. It tastes like pineapple juice as is, so you can prepare it to take with you as a refreshment. For my taste the flavor is too intense with the recommended ratio of 25gr per 300ml, but adding more water makes it perfect.
