Great

It is a great supplement to lift your mood, as it is a natural antidepressant. I don't take it every day, but only about 3 days a week to avoid tolerance, or more often if the situation requires it. I have depression but I can't take antidepressants because they produce side effects, and saffron is a salvation!

Es un suplemento genial para levantar el estado de ánimo, ya que es un antidepresivo natural. No lo tomo todos los días, sino solo unos 3 dias a la semana para evitar tolerancia, o algo más seguido si la situación lo requiere. Tengo depresión pero no puedo tomar antidepresivos porque me producen efectos secundarios, y azafrán es una salvación!

They are small capsules, easy to take. I take 2 a day and I notice a little less hunger, it helps with cravings for sweets. I will continue taking it for a while.

Wellness.

I have been taking them for a long time, I read that it was very effective for menopause and the truth is that it relaxes me to sleep and although I still have hot flashes I feel good taking them.

Good for sn

I got informed and started taking it because it seemed like a natural antidepressant. I also saw clinical studies that said it was relaxing. I have been taking it for more than half a year and I don't think I will stop. They are small capsules, I find the concentration adequate and I feel better since I've been taking them. I take them before bedtime.

Me informé y lo empecé a tomar porque parecía un antidepresivos natural. También vi estudios clínicos que decían que relajaba. Llevo más de medio año tomándolo y no creo que deje de hacerlo. Son unas cápsulas pequeñas, la concentración me parece adecuada y me encuentro mejor desde que las tomo. Yo las tomo antes de dormir.
