It is a great supplement to lift your mood, as it is a natural antidepressant. I don't take it every day, but only about 3 days a week to avoid tolerance, or more often if the situation requires it. I have depression but I can't take antidepressants because they produce side effects, and saffron is a salvation!
Es un suplemento genial para levantar el estado de ánimo, ya que es un antidepresivo natural. No lo tomo todos los días, sino solo unos 3 dias a la semana para evitar tolerancia, o algo más seguido si la situación lo requiere. Tengo depresión pero no puedo tomar antidepresivos porque me producen efectos secundarios, y azafrán es una salvación!
