A discovery

I am often away from home for long periods of time and I stopped taking certain perishable products because of the expiration date. I am very happy that HSN has launched this low-fat yogurt and kefir. They don't expire, you can transport them without refrigeration when you go away for a weekend... and they are delicious! To add for example to a porridge on those days when you don't feel like opening the jar of whipped cream cheese for example.

Good alternative

It was a gift when buying kefir. I prefer natural yogurt but it is not a bad idea to have this one in the pantry for a change and to add to vegetable drinks, smoothies, cakes or any related preparation.

Very versatile to make varieties of yogurts playing with the texture.

I am a yogurt addict and I have several every day so, since I saw that there was this possibility of having it in powder, I did not take a second to throw it into the bag because it is tremendously versatile. I still drink yogurt as "real" yogurt, but I use this powder to vary the texture of what I prepare and so I can make it more liquid, almost like milk, thicker, like a mousse? Besides, you can mix it with cocoa, instant coffee.... A real discovery!
