Two essential products for me. I usually use fresh turmeric because I can find it very often but there are times of the year when you have a harder time finding it. I must say that this one from Hsn Store has not made me regret it as much. Psyllium is also an effective product and in my opinion very important for the gut and consequently for the immune system.
