I've been using psyllium and it's having the expected effect...Neutral taste. I use it with flavored oats and I don't notice any difference in the texture of the pancakes. I recommend it. I haven't tried turmeric yet.

Tenho utilizado o psyllium e está a ter o efeito.esperadp..Sabor neutro. Uso com a aveia com sabor e não noto diferença na textura das panquecas. Recomendo..A curcuma ainda nao experimentei.

Curcuma-psyllium

I loved the quality and flavor of the turmeric. I have a bit of respect for psyllium, at the time it was not beneficial to me, but at this point it might be.
