I've been using psyllium and it's having the expected effect...Neutral taste. I use it with flavored oats and I don't notice any difference in the texture of the pancakes. I recommend it. I haven't tried turmeric yet.

You can tell it is a good product, the turmeric just by smelling it and the color of the vegetables is a world of its own, nothing to do with the turmeric from the supermarket. The psyllium is effective, I use it to make gluten-free preparations and it's great.
