I use it for long study sessions and I have to say that it fulfills its function of being more focused and attentive, but I can't say if the effect is better than taking caffeine alone. Even so, I recommend trying it.

After trying many pre-workouts I have finally found a good one, very good for strong and heavy workouts, I usually take it two days a week, highly recommended!
